How does the process work?
It's very straightforward. Take a moment to explore the services that best meet your needs. Once you've made your selection, you can request a quote at the bottom of this page or simply call or text us. We will provide you with an estimate and then arrange your appointment. You'll receive reminders via email and/or text regarding your appointment, along with notifications when we're en route. We'll arrive, assess your vehicle and the necessary services, and then get started. We're here to answer any questions you may have to assist you further.
Do I need to be there the whole time?
Nope. You can go about your day. We will need you there when we arrive to grab the keys and quickly discuss the services provided for you, as well as when we are finished to hand over the keys and show off your shiny clean vehicle.
Do I have to schedule an appointment?
Yes we are by appointment only. As to availability, it can vary. Sometimes we can get you in quite quick, and other times we might be a few weeks out.
Just fill out the form at the bottom of the page and submit it. If you have any specific needs you want addressed, put that in there as well. We will get back to you shortly to provide an estimate and get you on the schedule with our next available opening that works for you.
What do you need from me?
The only thing we require is access to one of your outdoor power outlets and the nearest water spigot, and if it’s an interior job, unlock the vehicle.
What payment methods do you accept?
Most of the time we are paid with card, however we do sometimes get cash. You’ll pay upon completion of the job after we review the vehicle with you. We have a card reader to pay with, we also have Venmo, or we can send an online invoice if none of those options work.
